Sivakarthikeyan's Remo is now out in theaters. This film has got much more expectation than any of the Sivakarthikeyan's earlier films, as he has experimented in a woman getup. Continue reading to know whether the film is worth a watch
Plot:
The film doesn't have a long story line. It is completely about a man who wants to suceed as a actor, uses his acting skills in disguising as a nurse and make Keerthy Suresh fall for her.
When Siva incidentally sees Kavya (Keerthy), he falls for her, and when he goes to her home to propose her he gets shocked, as she gets engaged on that day.
He then goes on for a audiotion for director K.S.Ravikumar's movie, but gets rejected as he cant concentrate after hearing the word "Love". On that same day, Keerthy incidentally meets him in bus, and offers him a nurse job in the hospital she is working.
The rest of the film goes on showing how Siva manage to distract Keerthy from the marriage which is already fixed and gets her fall in love with him.
Performances:
This may be the career best performance for Sivakarthikeyan, the complete credits goes to his performance and the one liners. Meanwhile Keerthy Suresh looks charming and her cute expressions as a innocent girl, is what that steals the show.
Sathish doesn't have much space to perform, while Yogi Babu is the one who rocked with his comic performance. Other actors like Saranya Ponvannan, Motta Rajendran etc have done their part so well.
What's hot and What is not?
Though the film has a simple storyline and the engaging screenplay & comedy keeps us entertained throughout. Anirudh's songs were so elegant to watch with the visuals. Amidst all these, the director has missed out completely on logic. Will a girl, who even don't know his name or profession, falls in love with him.
On the whole, Remo is a watchable feel good rom-com entertainer.
